Being part of a college academic club isn’t just about meetings—it’s about creating opportunities. I constantly come up with new ideas to get students engaged and career-ready, making sure they gain real-world experience beyond the classroom. One of the ways I do this is by connecting with local businesses in our field to set up industry tours, giving students firsthand exposure to potential career paths.

 

As a leader, I manage a team of five to keep everything organized and running smoothly. I delegate tasks, ensure we stay on track, and work to create a collaborative environment where everyone contributes. It’s all about bridging the gap between academics and the professional world, making sure students leave not just with knowledge, but with connections and experiences that set them up for success.
